Reel 2017 LFIP from 7Frame Film+Post on Vimeo.

You (the producer) strive to always shoot the best possible image on the set. When you realize something should look different in the image, you fix it in that moment, and the shoot continues.
But sometimes there’s no time, or you realize a bit too late, or you simply were a small team and couldn’t possible fix everything.
You chose your battles the best way you could, but even so things  could have looked better.

Don’t worry, we’re here to help you.

This is what we do…

Need to remove something?

Maybe you don’t want to see the mic clip. Or the boom pops in from above. Or some wire is quite visible. Or the cameraman shows in a reflection, or his or her shadow accidentaly falls on the actors… May be the talent forgot to remove his watch. Or the TV screen he is watching is turned off…

Need to replace something?

Maybe you don’t want to see the real licence plates of the car you rented for your take. Or there’s a billboard in the background with a product or brand showing prominently. No problem, we’ve got you covered. We’ll replace the plates or the sign on the billboard.

Or you want some changes in the background of your take so it looks shot somewhere else.

Image out of focus?

We’re really good in what we do but we’re not magicians. Sorry! We haven’t found a way (yet) to fix an out of focus image. Just apply sharpness and pray for the best. That’s our recipe.

How we work…

We want to make things super easy for you. You already have too much on your plate.

Just send the take you need corrected via WeTransfer or DropBox or Google Drive. Ideally it should be the original camera file. Put it in a folder with the name of your project and send us an email or fill the contact form with some specifics: time code for the part in question, or some stills, telling us exactly what it is that you need.

We’ll get back to you maybe with some additional questions or perhaps with the problem solved.

First we’ll send a preview (same resolution, H264) of the take for you to approve.

Then we’ll render the take in the original codec (it should be a good codec though) and send it back through Google Drive.

Just download it and replace your original file in your timeline.
We can apply a LUT to the preview but we don’t color grade.
If the original file is super huge and the part to correct is really short you can send a TIFF sequence.

We use PayPal for the payment.
